27/09/2011 Internet, BBC I player- Watching episode of Arthur series 11 Binky Vs Binky, This helped me watching a children’s drama to help me identify how a children’s drama relates well interacts to children in society today. Tracy Beaker shows a good understanding of how conflicts can take place in a home with different people who have came from different backgrounds.

27/09/2011 Internet BBC I player – watching episode at the start it starts off with identity. This was good to see what the characters like (interest). This related to identity of their character so for e.g. music, food and bands.  Just like kids today they have an identity of who they are. In contrast with identity with Tracey Beaker you can tell By the clothes they wear of what form of person they are whether they are skater boarder , emo , stuck up , grudge and etc . This identifies who they are as character .

 27/09/2011 Internet what the programme is and how it relates to children today of how they act how it relates to this children’s drama. Good way to find out what’s involves in this children’s drama how it can relates to children emotions, tells a story of these characters but are people acting like kids today on how they feel so emotions  just like today .In Tracy Beaker theres ammece of emotions with the episodes that run high which show reflect in life today with peoples emotions .

27/092011, Internet and my own thinking, Characters on the way they act that influence kids today. This shows on how the characters in this children’s drama relate to how kids are today if they’re feeling emotionally, so for e.g. sad, happy annoyed and upset. They give out information by animation of kids to help children with their social skills.In relation to Tracy Beaker it shows kids emotins , feelings they have showing it on daily drama of have it does interact in society today .

27/9/2011, My own thinking when watching the episode of what I think. Interactions, this shows how you may act different towards your family and friends (ARTHUR series in general).Tracey Beaker shows how you are as  a person and how she acts different to other people , she be nice and mean to other people.

The Show on how it helps children at home in society today. The Arthur show gives help by sharing how kids are by acknowledging them with social skills how to help them interact with foster them and helping kids to write and read to become more confident. (Arthur Show in general and the series that I watched too.) The Tracy Beaker however shows like a family they have been put together in this home . They become closer, well sort of but interactions with people you don't neccarily get on . This is like a brother and sister interaction where you have disagreeing moments and agreeing moments .

27/9/2011, My thinking, How it makes a children’s drama!! It makes it a children’s drama by having interactions with family and friends. It tells a story of an adventure of Binky. Bright colours, characters, settings etc. With Tracey Beaker it does link into with this with a different atmosphere, with all interactions with people , Bright , darky colours of setting of a care home . The characters work really well in  the Tracey Beaker are very strong and they create a strong contrast with all the different characters involve which make it a success of a childrens drama .

27/9/2011, Internet my own thinking when watching this episode how it relates to children today. The structure of the story on how it makes a children’s drama. It’s just like today in schools e.g. bullies that pick on the weaker kids  e.g. colour of hair , ability’s which will be different to other kids. They can be nervous or hate competition just like Binky did in this episode. He gets distracted by his inner self telling him to “shoot already” but he thinks he’ll look stupid plus he feels he can’t do – under pressure. Then  he ends up getting annoyed and bit angry, his friend B.I.W has a little dig at him. However the structure of Tracey Beaker does link into with having an evil person  sterotype of this bully which picks on the youngest people because they enjoy outake they get from this . Younger characters can get annoyed by this , and get upset from the older person picking on them as they have a low life.

 But kids today do interact with their friends and they may have a squabble but they soon make up. Buster’s good at practising for the competitions but it’s like kids today but when it comes to the real thing their nerves take over. Then one day this man thought he had a natural talent for cycling and he tried out for it he got really involved in this, This relates to kids today it’s about giving something ago and they may like it once they give it ago. Binky started to believe in himself that he can do it. In Tracy Beaker it shows that people do interact with the older ones and younger ones differentley.

 As kids today they get influenced by a person athlete and they look up to that person and they try so hard and they overcome these fears of competing against other people just like today. Binky had put that aside. Binky did it and he believed and he didn’t listen to anyone else but himself and he won the race. 27/9/2011, Internet – watching episode online. Narrative, The story being told by them doesn’t have a narrative telling the story it has a start middle and end of the story. In comparision to Tracy it tells a story by them with their characters on how they act within the care home as their are different people from different backgrounds .

27/9/2011, Internet, How is it attracted colours, characters, setting. It’s attracted by the bright colours gives a happy vibe. They’re very calm fun colours. The characters are very strong on how they progressed on being a kid with a great role to play for kids to understand today.The kids in Tracy Beaker show  shows you kids and younger kids on the way they act it life today . With not getting on with people .The characters in this as well are very strong on how they progress of being a kid and young child .

 The settings are allocated on a football pitch good way to show at school on here the bullies pick on the vulnerable kids. In the real game, Another setting is his house warm feeling to this and then it’s at the cycling course where he found his talent something his good at some kids don’t know there talent until someone notices just like kids today or it something they haven’t noticed . However the setting in Tracy is set in and out of the care home. There always a kid that picks on the vulerable younger kid .

27/9/2011, Watching episode – internet my own thinking, Are giving information to a child which is a good understanding but acting in a kid’s way but in animated way. You can tell they go to school by just wearing normal casual clothes e.g. top, jeans backpack, then for football PE kit just like schools today they take their kit. Its good in Tracy Beaker they weaar casual clothes in good acting as a kid .

27/9/2011, BBC I Player Binky VS Binky, Behaviour. In the episode of Binky Vs Binky there moods can be just like kids today where they have a little tantrum, happy when there achieving their goal. This can also realate to Tracy in the way she acts in the programe with her tantrums .

Binky at the start of playing football he got distracted wasn’t focusing on what he was doing. B.I.W got angry, she was saying” shoot” but she meant to the goal not to her.  Binky got really annoyed but anyone would be a bit annoyed if they weren’t playing quite a good game (like practise, they wanted to win.In comparision of Tracy Beaker programe there always a person that ruins something for another person in something that their trying to acheive.

Some of mates may be angry at them the person you’re talking to will be upset so this happens, if you’re out of touch. Things happen during children’s life you’re not going to agree on same things may disagree. The kids in the care home have different types of people in Tracy Beaker programe, and they don't seem to agree with the other kids and they have different interactions .  Tracy always up to mischeif causing trouble, to make the others peoples life hell.

1/10/2011, Internet and my own thinking, The Rules to obey, so for e.g. swearing, weapons, violence, misleading material, watershed. Offensive language and etc. This also relates to the programee Tracy Beaker . 
  

1/10/2011, Internet and my own thinking, Health and safety issues copyright. So for e.g. not using children to long may get fidgety and cant focused quickly tired. You have to give them something that interesting to do something they enjoy so they don’t get bored. Lighting, special effects, the law policy for children for their own protection needs be fully as there part of their actors. Copyright should be made with the BBC the creator to distribute their work. It’s a set of rights to disclosure their work.
